Nicole was born the daughter of an upper class Nobleman in the 1750's leaving her to live a lovely plush life of a noble woman. She was married at the age of 14 to a mister James Henry Sierra. James was a typical Noble type, demanding, no nonsense, expected the world at his feet. While Nicole was always much more light-hearted and tried to enjoy life. After all she was still just a child. But her husband would have none of that, he tried everything, bribery, threats, and finally... punishment. There would be days she would be so weak that she could barely get out of bed, though thankfully her servants helped to cover for her. Probably out of pity. Days passed by and then months, finally years and she found herself reduced to just another Noble. Too scared and beaten to have any light within her eyes. Just following a routine daily.

That was when she met mister Leonardo Colletorre. It was a rainy night and her husband was hosting a social event at which many Nobles and other rich persons had accumulated. One of which was Leonardo. When she first saw the handsome man she could sense some form of... oddness about him. He didn't stand out much except for his good looks, but many of the gentleman were handsome in their own certain ways. Even her abusive counter part was quite a looker. But this man... the way his eyes bore into her like he could see her very soul... it was just eerie. At first she avoided him, but it was no use since he seemed determined to speak to her. He caught her alone in a hallway and approached her. "Would you like your husband to... disappear?" He asked her with a small knowing smile upon his lips. The question caught her entirely off guard and she had to blink a few times as her brain processed it. Her voice was soft when she answered, "Excuse me, sir?" Surely she hadn't heard him right. But he repeated the question and she was certain oof what he had said, the look on her face obviously showed her shock. But without hesitation Leonardo reached forward, grasped her arm and yanked up the sleeve of her dress to expose the bruises hidden beneath. "I could kill him for you, love." Once again she was left speechless by this odd and very up front man. And had he just called her love? She shook her head, though the thought of her horrid husbands death did make her smile. No more abuse, she would be free of him. Free to do what? There was not much room for a Noble woman without a husband. The male before her seemed to read her mind and answered, "Become my wife." What? Well this was all so abrupt, she didn't know what to do. Yet her adventurous side raised its head and spoke, "Yes." From that it was all very quick. Her husband went 'missing' and she was married to the Noble Leonardo Colletorre within a few weeks.

As time passed she noticed more and more that something was very strange about her new husband. He was kind to her, never harmed her, but he seemed... strange. As the years ticked by he seemed as if he was caught in time, she seemed the same as well. Neither of them aged and every once in awhile she swore his appearance changed. It would only be from the corner of her eyes that she caught these glimpses of a different man. This man had pale flesh with completely black orbs for eyes. The thought of this began to plague her and for weeks she awoke screaming in terror. Her husband knew what was happening right when it occurred and though he was reluctant to let her in on his little secret, he finally did. He was a demon and by marrying him... she too had become one. Though her inner demoness was not showing itself just yet except in keeping her body ageless. The mere shock of it sent her into a small depression. For years she was afraid of her husband and herself, they were monsters. But as the years ticked by Leonardo slowly began to show her just how lucky this transformation was for her. They would live forever in wealth and there were so many things they could do. The French revolution hit and from there they moved to another place to avoid the commotion. They moved about quite frequently to avoid wars and being found out. It was in the 1900's that they by accident captured their first creature. They were living in Ireland at a rather wealthy estate. Miles of their own country side was on the place. It was one day that her husband was fishing by a stream and began to get tired. Eventually he fell into a deep sleep only to be awakened by the feeling of something crawling upon his face. He swatted at it and heard a loud shriek which made him sit up and the creature to fall into his lap. On closer inspection it was a newt, but unlike anything he'd ever seen before and it was knocked out cold. The magical aura that surrounded the creature was unlike anything he'd ever seen before. So he quickly stuffed the creature away and brought it back to their home.

Upon closer inspection they both learned that the creatures name was Alp-luachra and it was a legend of myth within the Irish community. (An Alp Luachra (also spelt Alp-luachra or Alpluachra), also known as a Joint-eater or Just-halver, is an evil, greedy fairy from Irish mythology. When a person falls asleep by the side of a spring or stream, the Alp-luachra appears in the form of a newt and crawls down the person's mouth, feeding off the food that they had eaten.) Rather then let the odd creature free Leonardo created a habitat for it and sealed it within the caged place with his own demonic magic. From then on the two were curious to find out just how many creatures of myth were actually real. Nicole studied each creature they captured and added to their collection, writing whole books about each single creature and even giving a few nicknames to some.

Currently they have over 23 species of creature held captive in their underground museum beneath their mansion, plus multiple servants to tend to their extremely exotic zoo and their house hold. Along with a small pack of three Lycans that serve as the guard dogs for their estate.
